At Symbio Labs, we know that the quality of any meat product is determined by the quality of the food used to feed livestock. However, the conventional methods of estimating the diet quality of grazing cattle are costly, time-consuming and generally unreliable.
In an effort to offer affordable, rapid and accurate food quality analysis, we are now using state-of-the-art technologies, which survey cattle feacal matter using Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy (NIRS) to measure the quality of the animal’s diet.
